Data we collect
Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and message content. Technical data collected by Google Analytics 4 if you have accepted cookies: anonymous identifier, pages visited, duration, device, browser language.
Purpose and legal basis
Answering enquiries and booking requests (basis: user consent on form submission, art. 6.1.a GDPR). Anonymous statistical analysis of site usage (basis: explicit consent via the cookie banner).
Retention period
Form messages are kept for the time needed to resolve your enquiry and, where applicable, handle the booking. GA4 analytics data is retained per Google’s standard settings (14 months by default).
Recipients
Form data is delivered to info@novaforest.es via Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, data processor). We do not share data with third parties for commercial purposes.
WhatsApp communications
The site includes a WhatsApp contact button. Tapping it redirects you to WhatsApp, operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), which acts as an independent controller of any data you choose to share with us through its service. See WhatsApp’s own privacy policy for details.
International transfers
Google Analytics, Google Workspace and Google Fonts (used for site typography, loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) may process data on servers outside the EEA. Google adheres to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
